01

Start in Bunnyville, not in a build spreadsheet

Use the village as your between-run checklist. Learn where the vendors, Ken, and Destiny Inscription are located before you worry about a perfect artifact route. The goal of the first run is to make the next run easier to read.

Open the Journal and browse the weapon, artifact, tablet, and upgrade entries you have already unlocked. This gives you a vocabulary for the choices that will appear in the tower.

02

Finish the early permanent systems

Progress through Ken's Home Repair line and inspect the permanent talent choices it opens. Pair those decisions with Destiny Inscription rather than spending every Sapphire on a single damage idea.

A failed run still gives you information about room pressure, route safety, and which upgrade was missing. Write one sentence after each attempt so the next choice has a reason.

03

Choose one of six weapon branches

Sephiria's six branches are different playstyles, not cosmetic skins. Choose the one whose normal attack and movement you can understand, then keep the first few upgrades inside that direction.

If a drop does not fit, take a survivability or room-control option and keep the route alive. A coherent average run teaches more than a high-roll run you cannot reproduce.

04

First-clear checklist

Before leaving the village, check your permanent upgrade, weapon direction, healing margin, and one escape habit. Before a boss, stop taking optional damage for a better-looking item.
